Used to be a run-down, but OK place to live. Now, it is full of cars playing glass-shattering bass at 7 am and after midnight. There have been serious crime problems involving guns. New management is obnoxious and condescending. Crime must be a problem, since police cars with flashing lights are a weekly sight in the complex. Maintenance is non-existent. The walls are cracking, and the roof leaks, staining the walls an unattractive shade of yellow. Yes, it is "cheap," but there are constant threats of raising rents by more than $100. Find somewhere else to live.
