The place is run down and dirty. I had mold in my air ducts for a year and they would not even clean them out. maintence was a joke they never came to do any work. management does not like young couples so watch yourself They drilled into my lock saying they needed to do maintence work but they did not have to and they never gave me a key to get the rest of my things when I was moving out. they said I did not clean and are trying to charge thousands of dollars but how could I when the change the locks what a great place. If you live their now get out soon!!!! I recomend the island club.
