The roof was so bad, it leaked brown stains into the walls. Started construction to fix the roof, then suddenly stopped for several months. Construction stirred up colonies of roaches which then invaded the apartment. Pest control has been coming less and less often (used to come once a month). They're probably going to raise the rent anyway; they must be making a huge profit.
