I've been living in these apartments for about 2 years and havent had any MAJOR problems....Our neighbors do think that 2 am is the best time for an argument right outside our window and occassionally knock on our door after midnight to let us know that someone is in their parking spot. If you plan on washing clothes in the raggedy laundry room make sure you get extra quarters because almost everything is broken and takes your money or doesnt dry your clothes. Maintenance doesnt usually come when called. We've had no screen on our patio door, ever and the maintenance recently came by to check our smoke detectors only because the fire marshall was coming (Go Figure!) and still hasnt fixed the screen door, broken things or leaks in the ceiling from over a year ago.

In response to your complaints, Victoria Gardens has been under new management since about August 2005. Roof leaks have been fixed which all occured due to hurricanes, memos have been passed out regarding any issues tenants might be having including, leaks and waterstains. Screens have been replaced if known about. New work order satisfaction sheets are now handed out to tenants once work order request has been completed. Management cannot have things fixed if not known. Please inform the office of any issue you might have. The laudry rooms will be worked on shortly. Management also needs to know if neighbors are causing any sort of disturbances as this is not tolerated, again it needs to be reported,

Dude you are not getting my vote. Everyone stated the same things. If you know that people are being loud late at night why would tenants have to come tell you? Just fix the problem. As for laundry repairs coming soon. Thats just gross. Who would want to wash clothes in what has been called a ragedy dirty facility by everyone. And kids should not be a pain. I have a son and would never let him be a pain in someones ass like that. You really need to get some new management and step your game up. Your dirty managers. dirty people....
