i lived here for over three years and ive seen alot go on here. managment well if you want to try and call it that. the biggest problem here is safty they try and say they have there own police department there but the cops that live on site are just as bad, SPEEDING, well robin dosent give a fu** about it you complain and coplain about it but people still speed therugh the property what does it take for that to stop a kid to get KILLED.
An maintenance is another story, you turn in a work order and good luck on getting it done and when they do come to try and fix it, its a half as* way of fixing it. a husband and wife shouldnt be on the same crew the husband maintenance and wife manager now try and make a complaint on the maint. crew and see if he gets written up lol ya right.
In the two years i lived there the only thing they have re done is the leaks in the roof and they had to come through twice to fix ours and yes maintenance crew does paint over the mold i dont think any of the maintenance crew there knows how to do anything the right way. then they re did the laundry room and no there not keep clean and the washers and dryers half of them never worked, then you try to make a complaint about them and she talks to uyou like a child and trys to make it your fault. they also tried to re do the front entrance way of the complex look good at first then they never took care of it again.
i could go on and on about the way managment and maintenance are so f.y.i think not once or twice about moving in here think three times about it and go some where else. because the owner and brother that own the comoplex are just as lazy as maintenance and managment.

This is the Manager of Victoria Gardens and i would like to comment on this review. I am very sorry that you feel this is the "worst place to live" and i am very suprised that you lived or still live here for the past 3 years. Your complaints lack credibility as you choose to be anonymous and do not give me the chance to address these issues. I have to think-that if you no longer live at Victoria Gardens you are probably very bitter, due to fact either you didnt pay your rent and you were evicted or you left your unit in poor condition and did not get your security deposit back or perhaps even owe money. And if you still live here maybe you cant pay your rent and you think this compliant will justify that. There are some decent individuals that live here and appreciate all we have done to improve Victoria Gardens Apt. I am sorry, you are not one of them..

Whatever, Ms. Manager...
This is another tenant. That anonymous reviewer is telling the truth. Management doesn't fix anything the right way; they just keep doing a half way job. That's why no one would waste their breath twice trying to tell them anything, because they don't care what the apartments are like on the inside, only that the "improvements" look good on the outside so more people will get suckered into renting from them. The only reason I stay is because I can't afford anything more expensive. I wish I could. Maybe I could stay somewhere that isn't a run down hole. Are you going accuse me of not paying my rent too?

I think when you move into older apartments you need to accept certain things that will go along with them, that is why they are very affordable. If your lazy cheap cheap ass wants to move into a newer complex where the rent is well over $1000.00 and employees steal from tenats, but yes they have fewer maintenance problems, then leave and shut your big mouth.

well robin i dont live there anymore and i left my place better than i came into it so dont try to go there you always trie to lie your way out of things. my rent was always on time and yes i did get my security deposit back the only thing that was taken out of it was for the carpets. so why dont you grow up and start acting your age own up to things and take this as a chance to better your property instead of putting complaints on the back burner. and one other thing just read your own response and you will see that this is true every time some one makes a complaint you attack them in a verbale response you always make it the renters fault not your own. (past renter no longer with you)

I was looking for apts. and stopped by their office. The office is a one bedroom apt with a desk and an old sofa. While getting some info. a tenant called to complain about air conditioning...it was late august and brutaly hot. The office staff was some guy in a tank top sitting on the sofa and he rudely told the caller "i told you before, you are responsible for your air conditioning, that is is the lease" He said a few other rude things but i can't recall them, that was all i needed to hear. I also noticed many apartments have old beat up window AC units which are useless against the heat and humidity of a florida summer.

I live in victoria gardens, and have read every opinion with an open mind. And I would like to speak. First off, The persons in the office treat people with respect. it's not their fault if you didn't graduate school and can only speak in ebonics, " I know if i was slow in the head i would'nt be able to understand educated people either. Also, I have had problems and the CREW/ darren and paul, treated my problem as soon as I hung up the phone. Furthermore, they are respectful, take pride in their work, and followed up with the job they had done a few days later, (lazy my ass). Also the window air conditioners you speak of are there by that persons own choice. Another thing, no one leaves their place as nice as when they came ya putts. Shall i go on, I think not, If you want a good place to live, where you can see that managment has kicked all of the crackheads out,( john32127) (biker0505) and whoever else hates on victoria gardens, came on over, we all welcome you.

What up, I live in victoria gardens, and have lived here for a bit over a year. I have had nothing but good expirences with the office and the staff. (paul and darren rock). It is a nice place to live. I also agree with the comment above me. The police may have fast cars, but, do not speed through the complex. All of the officers i have met are upstanding and have aided in the clean up of dirty, lazy, jobless, drug users that plagued this place. Also if you have time to go onto a web site to bash someone who probably worked with you on your late rent payments every time you called with a sob story,. GET A JOB ;. Victoria Gardens is a good place to live, with nice neighbors, good managment, and a great maintence staff, (arizona & new england rock). I recommend you give Victoria Gardens a try..

Funny how when someone who has a negative opinion of this place, the management replys: "you are an evicted crackhead". LOL I guess everybody who contacts the better business bureau is also a crackhead. Also, they say if you post anonymously you are probably an evicted person. Tell me, if you want to keep your rental reference, would you use your real name? Stay away from this place, the management is awful as you can see. There are 2 very nice places nearby for the same amount of money, and there are luxury condos on village trail for 100 dollars more.
