After 3 months - After living at the Hawthorne Village in Port Orange for 3 months now I have nothing but praise for all that make it a great safe place to live. Diana and Eric in the office are always very nice and always willing to help you. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and well attended to. INCREDIBLE VALUE It's been over 10 years since I lived in an apartment and I can say that I've enjoyed living at Ocean Oaks.
1. Very affordable Seriously a few hundred dollars than others
2. 5 Blocks from the beach. Can't beat walking to the beach
