Not too bad - I only lived here for six months until me and my friends all left for the summer. I enjoyed my stay there at Hawthorne Village. They were very friendly and was always there the same day when something needed fixing. Sunrise Pointe, cheap rent nice place - I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now, and I am very pleased. Port Orange is a great place to live and Victoria Gardens is right in the middle of it. I have always felt very safe here with the courtesy officer on site and the police station across the street. Management is very nice and knowledgeable and respond quickly to any problems. New washer and dryers
