I have lived here for two months now, and I really enjoyed my apartment until two days ago when we got new upstairs neighbors. Not only can we hear every single step they take when walking around, we can also hear them talking, and their dogs barking. I don't like the parking situation because it isn't assigned so sometimes someone else parks in front of your apartment taking your spot. The managers live on the grounds, which makes you feel like they're watching you. I don't think any of these problems are that serious so overall it's not a bad place to live.
