Good Place to Live I would recommend Hampton Point to anyone. It's a nice place to live. Staff is excellent. They are happy to help in any way they can. Maintenance staff is prompt and they go above and beyond to help/fix the problems. I have friendly neighbors. Love it!

scary So far their has been a stabbing.Drug deals gone bad.the cops are thier atleast 6 days aweek.the manager is the rudest person ever.with no personality.the facilities are either brook or closed half the time.a very unpleasent place to live.
