I've lived in a lot of these apartment complexes, and this is the first experience I can truly call positive. The staff are always friendly, rent is cheap, the units are nice, washer/dryer included, maintenance issues get immediate attention, the neighbors are mostly quiet, the grounds are attractive, and there are fresh cookies at the office every day! I'd recommend this place to a friend in a minute. The only problem I have is a bad dishwasher, and I haven't really bothered to bug maintenance about it yet.
