Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
My apartment is great. My only two complaints are
1) the noise from the people above me (I live in a first floor apartment). I can hear every footstep they take, and that gets aggrivating when it is 2am and you are a light sleeper. And...
2) I have been here a year, and I was just served my renewal notice. My rent skyrocketed. It jumped $120 a month, so be warned that this could happen. Because of this, I have felt no need to stay in a 2 bedroom apartment for $8 short of a grand a month when I could have a 3br house for that price.
Other than my two complaints, the apartment is nice, the grounds are clea, and the office staff is friendly.
