I had been happy living at Hawthorne Place Apts for 2 yrs. New management came in and WHAT a nightmare, We continuously get letters on our door.... walk your dog in a non walking area you will get evicted! (We dont even own a dog). Pay rent 4 days late = additonal 900 dollar deposit!!!!!. (We have never paid one day late in 2 yrs). etc, etc. etc.. thinking of moving here'''''''' Run like heck or live in misery. P.s. walls are thin, easily hear all of neighbors footsteps and private discussions!.. lots of vandalism in the parking lots.

I am sorry that you feel that way. You are right.. residents are asked to walk their dog in dog areas and asked to pick up after their pet. If you do not have dog then why are you so offended? As for your deposit, that info is NOT correct. If you pay rent late on the 4th of the month you are charged a late fee-it is no different then paying your car payment late or phone late-I know that they charge fees. No one can charge an extra deposit for paying rent late-however you can be charged an additional deposit if your credit has issues when you FIRST apply for the apartment. Maybe you should put your name and maybe you should get your facts together.

Some people Love to create drama. I tend to believe the masses, that they enjoy living there not with a few sour grapes who are Never happy no matter where they live.
