My girlfriend and I have been living here for about 3 years, and it has been okay besides the sudden surge in rent, and the fact that our apartment was robbed in the middle of the day while we were at work. The thieves made easy work of the one lock on the door and ripped the alarm out of the wall (which was set, and I believe to be just a noise box without any police/alarm company monitoring, we received no phone calls and the leasing office was dumbfounded it happened.) Many stories of parking lot mischief also, the locks of my car have been jacked up too. Highly recommended to install locking door handle at least, and going with a renters insurace policy, which I wish we had when this happened, but we are a little more reassured knowing we have it now (Very affordable by the way.) Walls are also very thin (also had a roof leak once, it is on the top floor.) Maintenance can also be stubborn at times. But, I know people that have had much worse luck with apartments everywhere in the Brandon area, and I can't blame the apartment management much for something that happens every day in any part of town. Washer/Dryer included is nice, and upkeep of the landscape is done pretty well. Just take precautions of security and rent increases. Looking forward to moving on from here to a house at the end of our lease. Hope this helps.
