I've never seen an apartment complex with such well maintained grounds. Maintenance is out every morning picking up trash, repairing items, and keeping the place in great shape. When i have a maintenance request it is completed the same day if i don't call in too late. Parking is fine, they have garages available for an extra amount each month. They have activities occasionally around major hollidays. A poolside bbq for last 4th of july was alot of fun. Dj, food, and door prizes.

I rarely if ever hear or see my neighbors. And I know the neighbor below me has two or three young kids! I have yet to hear them. I usually keep my windows open when the weather permits. No loud cars, music, etc. It's quite relaxing.

The rent is a little higher than i'd prefer, but overall, this place is a great place to call home. Only thing i'd change is to have it be gated.
