When we first came to look at the apartments we dealt with Ben, who was awesome, trusting and totally cool. After deciding to rent, we dealt with Beth who was also very good and on top of it. Our recent experiences have showed that Lindy doesn't treat the residents with the respect they should get. She's really concerned about "the order that people come in". For example, if you want to pick up something that has been delivered to the office because its to big to fit in the mailbox, and there's a line of 20 people in front of you to just "look" at apartments, either she'll send you away to come back or make you wait until all those people have been helped. It doesn't matter that it takes 5 seconds to get the package. She also is one of the moodest people ever. Happy with the overall apartment, she just needs some work.

Lindy Lee is always willing to help resolve issues. I believe she goes above and beyond to assist her customers. I had the same problem with Ben. One time, He had to send me away so he could assist a prospective resident. When I came back he explained to me that it's company policy. They are holding parcels for the residents by courtesy only.

My biggest problem was with Lindy's brother Al, the painter. When he's not working he's hanging around the office smoking cigarettes and acting obnoxious. He threw a sharpened pencil at my head on one occassion and then tried to blame it on Ben. Al has gone so far as to spit at people too and this behavior is tolerated because everyone in that office is drunk by 12:00 every day (or drinking at the very least). Lindy of course takes up for her brother and was once even involved in a fist fight with a tenent (one she later evicted) because the tenent finally stood up to Al and his idiot friend Nadir. This place sucks. Stay away from this Jerry Springer-like nightmare!
