My husband and I moved in in Jan. At first everything seemed okay, except for the fact that they did not clean the carpet before we moved in, and i had an allergic reaction whatever was in the carpet. Four months later I discovered the a/c didn't circulated to the second bedroom. (That was unacceptable, with a new baby on the way). Once I informed the staff they sent someone to the apartment to fix it. Well, it them 2 tries before we were told that the reason the second bedroom is 6 degrees hotter than the rest of the apartment is simply because of how the units are built. Upset and outraged that we were not informed of this before we moved in, I insisted that they transfer us to a cooler apartment. The manager (at the time) okay everything and told us that we would not be charged any fees because we were not informed of the situation. Well moved and everything was fine at first. Now this new manager Susan, comes in a day after we move in and tried to charge us for rent, pet deposit, and electric for the previous month. Of course that was not happening. The staff is a joke, they are rude, and it takes 2-3 weeks for your maintenance call to be answered.
So now we are in a new apartment, which isn't better. The a/c works, but the neighbors suck. Our neighbors under us plays their music so loud that u can fell and hear it in our apartment. Our neighbors above us, run, jump, and walk so hard all day long and you can hear it. The neighbors next to us, well their baby cries all night and we can hear it. I guess that's the life in an apartment
Now this is my opinion, but by all means check it out if you want to. Not a great place to live. We are out of hear as soon as our lease is up...
