Riverview Fl 33569, Hawthorne Place. The reason for my email today is because I need to file a complaint. I have made my payments on or before the fourth of every month and I have never been late. For the month of August my rent was paid on the fourth and I received a letter from the office today August stating that I need to pay one hundred dollars for a late fee no later than August . I called the office in regards to trying to find out why I was getting this statement and I spoke to the assistant manager ----------------- and she told me that my payment was late and that there was nothing that we could do about it but to pay the late fee. I explained to her that I have been living here for three years and I have always paid on time and not once have I had to pay a late fee. She was very rude and told me that there was nothing we could do and hung up the phone. I called the office again
and I asked to speak to the manager, she then proceeded to tell me that she was on the other line and she hung up on me again. That is when I went down to the office to speak with the manager and as soon as she saw me she knew who I was and she told me that I needed to calm down before I talked to the manager or else I couldn't talk to her. That is when I told her that I tried talking to her twice over the phone and she rudely hung up on me. She disrespectfully pointed her finger at me and raised her voice and accused me of hanging up on her while the manager was standing behind her. I was trying to talk to the manager that was standing behind Ms. -------- and she accused me of having no shame and kept pointing her finger at me. She accused me of raising my voice and trying to calm down before I spoke to the manager when she was the one that raised her voice and could not calm herself down. Then they both went to the back and discussed the situation and
then the Ms. -------- came back and proceeded to tell me that the manager was ready to see me then. I explained to the manager that I have always paid my rent on time and if there was any way that she could remove the late fee and she replied no. When I tried to explain to her that Ms. -------- was being very rude and would not let me get a word out she started telling me to calm down and that is where I just gave up and then asked for the number to corporate and I ended up writing this letter. I feel insulted and I would like an apology and I also think that it is very sad to know that after all these years I have never had a problem with the leasing office or with any of the managers. Those two ladies lack personal and professional skills and they don't know how to treat their customers. I did not think that I would have to go this far with this situation and I hope that I can receive an apology in this matter. I would really like to see the customer
service in the leasing office improve for those to come and of course for those that are already here. I'm sure I am not the only one that has had a problem with these ladies. They have a nasty attitude and are very bitter. Also the treadmills in the gym have been broken for about three months. They have fixed the lock to the gym doors but really nothing inside the gym works. When the old management was here there was no problem as to getting things fixed quickly and now they seem to hesitate in fixing these things. Thank you for your time and I hope we can settle something out and I would really like to see an improvement in the customer service that you provide. Once again thank you and I really appreciate it.

Hawthorne Place and Grand Rivage are in foreclosure. Naples Realty Group will not care.

You are right they both stink. Have fun trying to get in-touch w/Naples Realty Grp....they suck too.

Yes, I agree absolutely. s&u&sa&n& is the worst among any i have seen in the last 10 years i have lived in apartments....her behavior, body language, and tone is horrible....

DITTO...My husband and I moved out after 9 years...we have had to contact our lawyer as well as 8 on your side to get our deposit back. Sure do miss those previous managers...you know, the ones who cared about their residents.
