This place is a complete rip-off.
$400 NON-REFUNDABLE fee to have a dog'
Not to mention $15 extra on top of the already too high rent.

(other places are normally $150-$200, but I mean COME ON!)



And also maintentance enters your apartment without a notice in advance. They are lucky I wasn't home or in the shower.

**** I am glad the last person mentioned something about having to PAY extra to use the clubhouse. Not only should that be included in the rent but it saves me a trip of having to talk to those witches.

But with everything the last two reviews said I completley agree with them 100%.

-Rude, highly unprofessional staff
-Overly expensive rent
-Trash is ALWAYS overflowing
-Gate is a nuissance and normally broken most of the time
-Neighbors are loud (coming and going from their garage past 11pm which for some idiotic reason is just below our bedroom)
-Landscaping includes dog poop and bugs
-There is a certain tenant that owns a motorcycle and drives it in circles around the property at late hours of the night
-The A/C brakes atleast 2-3 times every other month
-Can't find a parking spot if your life depended on it
-Make sure you see the "dog park" before you move in (it's more like a nasty dirt pit filled with dog ----)

They advertise so well and get you sucked in because you like the idea of a dog park or your own personal garage with private excess but don't believe the crap. I should've known when I was moving in and going through the paperwork process and the office staff were being so rude and ignorant NOT TO MOVE HERE!!! One actually had the nerve to tell me that my boyfriend and I should have better communication skills! ( because there was a problem with the day we were moving in and the original apartment we thought we would have would not have been ready so they changed it without even asking or letting us know to a completely different apartment with less parking -we needed the extra parking in our driveway because my boyfriend has his personal truck and a work truck) So anyways I knew then that moving here was a bad idea but I went against my better judgement. Don't make the same mistake.

I do NOT NOT NOT recommend this place to anyone.

As far as garbage is concerned isnt our jobs as tenants to put our trash in the dumpster instead in front of it? thats why its always overflowing all of my neighbors are lazy.
