I recently moved out of the Springs at Bloomingdale, and thought I would share my experience with everyone.
1)The Staff-- it has undergone many changes while I resided there, but the group that is there now is my favorite. Alexis has a wonderful group working under her!!
2)Maintenance--They are awesome! Every time a request was put in, it was completed in a reasonable amount of time.
3)Parking & Landscaping--This is where something needs to be done.....The parking situation needs to be addressed immediately. I think the staff have done all they can to prevent the parking issues, but it needs to be addressed by someone in a higher position! The landscaping is dull and needs some color, and some areas need mulch. The trees are beautiful, but the dullness of the property overlooks the trees!
Overall, I loved the Springs at Bloomingdale mostly because of the wonderful group of people in the office.
