Ive lived here at the Springs for about 3 or 4 months. This is the nicest apartment community I have ever lived in. The maintainance guys always fix anything i ask same day and fix it right. Also the girls in the office are extremely nice. Whenever I come in to pay rent they always have a smile on their face and are friendly. There is a slight parking problem but if everyone followed rules there wouldnt be one. I have a garage so its not a problem for me. Everyone in the community is friendly and when im at the pool people are always waving, cooking out together, and talking to their neighbors. This is a place to call home and I think Ill be here for a while.
