My wife and I moved here a few months ago and I have to say I have been very disappointed all around. I wish I had read some of the reviews here before we moved. I think most of the positive ratings are written by members of the management because I can't believe that people think this is a place they would recommend to their friends.
There are plenty of other places near by that greatly surpass the offerings at the Springs in every way. I wish that I could say that this place was much cheaper than the others and that made up for it, but no, this place is just as pricey as the newer nicer complexes right up the road.
Do yourself a favor and do not sign a lease here.

Bandit where do you live because this isnt the only complex you posted about. So do you even live here or do you live at the section 8 summer palms? I have lived here at the Springs for 2 years and have never had a complaint. Maintenance is at my door almost before I can even hang up the phone. And about rent being high, you get what you pay for your not going to get luxury at Summer Palms. And parking really isnt that bad. I hardly ever hear my neighbors.

I lived at Summer Palms and was quick to get out. Terrible place and it should be shut down. Yes - I moved to Springs and did not elect to stay because of the price and other concerns I had there. The price, in my opinion, does not justify what you get. Is it better than Summer Palms? Yes. Of course, i'm not sure what could be worse than that place. I never said anything about maintenance. I never needed them. So yes, I agree with you in that regard. And the parking thing is an issue I'm tired of talking about. I know what I experienced while living there and it was bad. Not enough spaces for the number of vehicles there. I heard my neighbors - a lot. They partied on weekends until 3am. But really - comparing this place to Summer Palms is a no-brainer. Springs will win everytime. But you should aim higher in your comparisons.
