I moved in november of 2006.
The office staff is very friendly and very helpful. I have to say there are no complaints from me. Anytime that i have had a problem they have fixed it right away. I live on the bottom floor and the person besides me were VERY loud and i could here their tv and music in my apartment so i went to the office and they took care of it and i haven't had any problems since. They are very prompt. Expecially maintenance. Anytime I call for anything there are there within the hour or so. I have had a tree branch go through my window when they had cutting crews trimming the trees and they called me right away and let me know what was going on and said they would take care of it,(and if anything was broken by it then they would reimburse me if i brought them the reciept and it would be taken off my rent, nothing ended up being broken) but i came home anyways just because i worry alot about things and everything was fine they had already started boarding up my window until the one got there and the new window was installed by the time i got home from work which was just a few hours. The only time that people can't get in/out or that the gate is open is when power goes out other than that i think that it is just parts wearing out from it opening and shutting all of the time because it does work 95% of the time. Honestly overall i think this community is great. Very friendly. I love the fact that larger animals are allowed. Everyone on the staff is great office and maintenance. No complaints at all. Oh and as for parking... it is fine as long as those who have garages used them like they should and park their vehicles in front of it. But i have no problem finding a spot.
