Let me first start by saying that i am a 22y/o male EX Pizza Delivery SO I KNOW THE AREA. I've stayed in the 1 bed room and now am currently in the 2 bedroom. I can honestly say that this apartment is the best you will find locally. Sure there are some flaws with parking but this is the nicest you'll find around here. This is the only apartment complex locally that i'd trust. SECTION 8 NOT WELCOME> GHETTO FREE!!
GO look at the other surrounding apartments and you'll see. Lets think of it this way........GOOD ISN'T CHEAP AND CHEAP ISN'T GOOD. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I lived in the Brandon / Riverview area since 1985 and I also knew the area well. This is not the best you can do. I agree, good isn't cheap. But it isn't small and outrageously expensive either. And with the new Target Supercenter having just been built next door, good luck with the already crazy traffic.

Bandit where do you live because this isnt the only complex you posted about. So do you even live here or do you live at the section 8 summer palms? I have lived here at the Springs for 2 years and have never had a complaint. Maintenance is at my door almost before I can even hang up the phone. And about rent being high, you get what you pay for your not going to get luxury at Summer Palms. And parking really isnt that bad. I hardly ever hear my neighbors.
