I just wanted to let everyone now how wonderful the springs at bloomingdale is. I work until about 12pm every night. I do admit parking can be a pain sometimes, but six out of seven nights I come home late I will have a parking spot. The rent in this community is a little hire but you get what you pay for. I just moved here from ohio and was searching and searching and alot of places around here are low income. The office staff is the best. Everytime i have a question or need to fax something they are all over it. They seem to really care about the residents and the community. Oh yes the maintenance is top quality, I put in a work order in the morning and by noon it is all done. I had a problem with my A/C only blowing warm air (Sunday night) and Carlos was out and fixed it within 20 min. Now that is what i call service. So if you are thinking about going to another community because they cost a little less, think about how the office staff is and how long it will take for someone to come fix a problem.
