I just moved in to a 2/2 and the weatherstripping was bad so I had to replace it myself. There are to many red ants and bugs its overwhelming. This place is just a lie there are just to many things to fix and if you want a bug infested apartment and the management team lies to you. This place is the worst I have ever lived in and I mean EVER.

You must not have called to get things taken care of. The staff is excelent and the maintenace guys and the office stay on top of things and get them done. I have never had a bug problem. The few I had was when I first moved in but it was b/c of the animals from the previous tenant and that was taken care of immediatly! They have never once lied to me and have taken care of anything I have asked. There must be something wrong with you if they haven't helped.

My experience has been great here and I have been here 3 years. The maintenance team and response time are unsurpassed and the staff is very nice. Must be a communication breakdown. This is a nice rather small community.
