I love living here! I moved here with my toddler son and my Wife. Moving from orlando to here was the hardest thing, we finally were settled here in Riverview in December. I must say having my own garage underneath me is awesome, i don't have to worry about my son running around and disturbing anyone who lives underneath me. We have our own space, and feel completely safe living here. Me and my son walk around and he loves to explore the area and visit with the neighbors which are awesome by the way. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. I must say i absolutely love it. I did see a few bugs when i first moved in but went away after i was fully moved in and after first round of pest control. I guess another resident who has left a message on here isn't happy because hes not happy with himself. The Springs cant please everyone but atleast they try harder then most!
