We are just living here while we sell our home out of state and purchase one here in FL. The staff here has been unbelievably helpful and very courteous. When we first moved in, our refrigerator went out. These things happen and I really don't hold the apartment community responsible for that. Things break. What was impressive was the response to the incident. That night, within 20 minutes, a maintenance guy was here. He determined that he was going to be unable to correct the problem. So, he went and got us a cooler full of ice for our stuff, and told us that the refrigerator would be replaced the next day. The next day around noon, two maintenance guys showed up with a brand new refrigerator in a crate and unpacked it. They installed it and were gone by 2PM. This incident is similar to all my interactions with the staff and maintenance staff. They are friendly, helpful and very quick to help out. The neighbors have all been very friendly and the community appears to be very safe. I hated the idea of moving into an apartment after living in my own home for many years. I have to say that this has been an extremely pleasant surprise. It is still an apartment with all the compromises that apartment living entails; for example you occasionally hear your neighbors walking upstairs. But, as apartments go, this is the nicest community I think I've ever lived in. The apartments are laid out well and fairly well built. The staff is amazing! The community is EXTREMELY pet friendly with several pet play areas on the property. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone hunting a place.
