I've lived here since july 2009 and I absolutely love it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are immaculate. Plenty of parking. A great mix of ethnicities. Neighbors here are very quiet and respectful of others. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants a great place too live. Pool is always clean and the cookies are awesome.

If it is such a "great place to live", why did you give it only a 58% rating? That is a failing grading, isn't it?

Well duh the 58% is an overall average of everyone responses. Not just my answers. And it is a great place to live. The people that are dead beats and didn't pay there rent are the ones giving bad reviews. Because they are bitter.
