Now Grand Oaks Apartments - This is an absolutely beautiful community. Deeply wooded with the occasional fox trotting through. I enjoyed my year there and would still be there if it weren't for the financial problems I was personally experiencing. Beware of the move out! Upon move out they decided to claim we owed $400 in water (which we are currently fighting in collections) and that we had not given notice (when we had supplied more than 60 days notice) and tried to charge us for an additional month and a half of rent.

The staff is very friendly and always very responsive when I've had issues (which isn't often).
