Best apartment I've ever lived in. - This place is beautiful. It's brand new, so no problems as far as utilities and such. Any problems we did have (which were incredibly minor), were immediately fixed. The staff is very kind and helpful and they're only interested in your needs and accommodating you. Beware of the move out! Upon move out they decided to claim we owed $400 in water (which we are currently fighting in collections) and that we had not given notice (when we had supplied more than 60 days notice) and tried to charge us for an additional month and a half of rent.

Stress free living I just moved in and really like the quiet place. I met my neighbor and she has lived here for 6 yrs and really like it because we never here traffic and it is always quiet. My apartment did not have new carpet but it looks and smells good. I really wish they had 2 treadmills

I just renewed my lease for another year. I moved in last October and have enjoyed being here. The apt. is nice. The trees surrounding the apt.s are a great asset. Much nicer than other apt buildings that are just a building and a parking lot.
