okay area to live in

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
The only problems are that children block the spaces and are often unsupervised. It can be a nice area with some improvements on landscaping, laundry facilities and it all depends on who lives next to you (plenty of drama, if you like that sort of thing).
