I moved here last year and I should of listened to my sister when she told me to stay away. My neighbor's van had been broken into 3 times withing a 2 month period. The 3rd time they took the van. I've seen them fish a dead body out of the lake. Just recently 2 kids saw their father beaten to death in one of the laundry facilities. This place has gone thru so many management officials it's crazy to keep track of who is who. The security is a joke. I was told they had 2 pools and a kids play ground when I moved in. I'm still looking for the paly ground. I think it's in the parking lot where my kid almost got run over by golf cart. I can't use the pool that was right outside my door. I had to walk to the front of the property to use the 1st pool which was usually full of people. The gym was a big joke. Only 2 peices of equipment actually worked. Definately the worse palce to live. The only reason I toughed it out was that my son's school was right next door. But we got the hell out the first chance we got.
