This place is truely a slum. The management changes often, therefore you never know who is in charge of the place. The leasing agents, Tessa, Cy, and Rotten Rhonda are very nice when rent is due or when they are trying to lure you into leasing at this dump. As soon as they get you money, the turn into evil witches. (...replace the "w" with a "b") Lori, the new manager is limited in what she can do for you. She's just a puppet on a string. She doesn't even control the maintenance. Therefore, they attempt to repair things when they get ready. I say attempt to repair because it usually takes three or four calls to the office to fix simply things such as leaks under the sink or from the diswasher. It's common for tenents to go without heating or air conditioning for a week while the front office insults them like it's their fault that the heat or air isn't working. If you have children BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL BE BLAMED FOR EVERYTHING BAR NONE. They don't need proof. Your kids did it. THIS PLACE IS AGGRESSIVELY KID UNFRIENDLY!!! They have an emergency maintenance line setup. They should call it a joke line because the usual response is, "I'll fix it in the morning." Morning usually turns into days or even weeks without any notification. The laundry rooms are usually dirty. Most of the washers and driers have been broken for years. The washers won't clean your clothes and the driers won't dry them. After a day of doing laundry, you usually end up with a bunch of soaking wet dirty clothes. This complex is well known for its pest problems. The roaches, rats, termite, ants, bed bugs, lice, and body crabs own this place. You are just a temporary guest. Some of the rats can get so big until cats actually run from them. Some of them look like that huge ------- rat that has infested the Florida Keys. To say they are huge is an under statement. These rats are also very bold. They don't fear humans. There are also no breed restrictions on dogs. You run a very good chance of coming face to face with unstable, aggressive pit bulls, rottis, even large animals such as snakes like boa contrictors and pythons. A small child can easily find him or herself in trouble on this propery. This place is a zoo. There's an abundance of wild life such as sickly looking squirrels and raccoons that run around at will. Some of the animals look like they have rabbies, but when you report it to the office there response is, it's not there problem. I haven't even mentioned the crime rate. Cars are stolen almost daily. Crime is so high on this property until they offer police officers discounts just to live on the property, and some of them are cautious. There are so many police on this propery. Its like a substation. Even with the large police presence, crime is high. Gun shots ring out every night! Some nights, it is safer to sleep in the bath tub. Within the last year or so, there have been countless numbers of serious crimes such as assaults, murder, drug sales, and even rape in PARK LAKE APARTMENTS aka SEABREEZE HARBOR.
