slumlords!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! these places were built in the 90's but everthing in my home is broken or breaking among many other residences,the poor maitenance crew cant help but be slow with repairs beacause management holds the money to fix things as if there life was in each dollar..so

Beautiful Property I have lived at Park Lake for a year and a half and it is growing so nicely. They have been putting in new grass, the kids have more activies during the summer to keep them entertained, and they seem more on top of things. I would recommend this community to everyone!

okay area to live in The only problems are that children block the spaces and are often unsupervised. It can be a nice area with some improvements on landscaping, laundry facilities and it all depends on who lives next to you (plenty of drama, if you like that sort of thing).

Resident for seven years (I can't take ANYMORE!) This place is truely a slum. The management changes often, therefore you never know who is in charge of the place. The leasing agents, Tessa, Cy, and Rotten Rhonda are very nice when rent is due or when they are trying to lure

I am a resident since 2007 and I love this community. The lake in the middle of the property is where my son and I walk and ride our bikes. they now have a afterschool program which is very helpful to me because it is free. There is not another community that I have seen that is offering this
