I lived here for three years, and as a military member that has lived in what feels like a million apartments, this one is one of my top experiences. The place was almost brand new when I moved in, very clean, and very spacious...especially for the rent I was paying! The staff was always great to me, especially since I was frequently going out of town and often had to make special arrangements to pay rent, pick up packages, etc.

I only had one problem, and fortunately it was taken care of pretty quickly. I don't know if they do this anymore, but The Greens used to have an arrangement with the local community college to provide apartments for students on golf scholarships. I had three of these rambunctious students living right next door who thought it was a good idea to blast their music at two in the morning. After a few visits to their apartment in the middle of the night and a few calls to the local sheriff to file noise complaints, I told the management about it. Since I had called the sheriff twice, under the contract the management had to call the students' parents to inform them of the problem. They were finally kicked out, and peace returned! Either way, I was happy that management did their part.

Bottom line...this is a clean, nice, safe apartment in a great, quiet area. I would highly recommend to anyone!
