We moved from New Jersey to E. Viera a year ago. We didn't go into "culture shock"! Viera is a beautiful small town, extremely well manicured and you can do almost everything right here! There's plenty of grocery stores, spas, the elementary school is close by. Viera is a master planned community and I appreciate that! I love the oversized sidewalks/nature trails and the deed restrictions! The Viera Group plans community socials every now and then and everyone is invited!

The Greens At Viera East, located next to the Viera East Golf Club, is a wonderful property. It fits in with the community with its extremely well manicured lawns and clean parking lots. I live on the second floor and I really appreciate the screened deck. I love the covered and carpeted stairwell leading to our apartment.

The rent in my opinion is extremely reasonable. About $965.00 for a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. I also adore my FULL SIZE washer and dryer that is included! The children in the complex seem to love the pool.

What can I say about the staff....absolutely wonderful! Very friendly! My problems are solved immediately!

My family and I love it here and we praise God for it! Finger tip living.... convenient to everything. You can play here, work here and worship here.
