this place looks ok from the outside, but inside the units reek of sloppy work (paint,woodwork,etc.), old bathroom fixtures, cabinetry, cheapest-grade carpet. the management is so horrible that it's non-existent. reporting a problem to the manager is like telling a brain-surgeon you have a toothache...he/she is not going to extract the tooth, but perhaps refer you to a dentist; however, the manager does nothing other than lie, and maybe sleep on the problem hoing it will no longer be present when they awake there is no maintenance person...so no fixey. the rent is steep, but when you need a place right away, sometime you take what you can get until you have a chance to locate something better. you will be greeted with a smile and told great things only to become bewildered and disappointed when you need to have some maintenance performed. its a pretty quiet place with ample parking, but other than that it has nothing going for it. finall, they are trying to get people to buy, what a comical joke. my kids could hardly wait to get out of there
