Regency Pines is a really nice place to live. It is nice and quiet. I live in a downstairs apt and very rarely do I ever hear the people above me, in fact, the only time I have ever heard them is when their chair happened to scrape across the kitchen floor. And I have never heard either of my neighbors on either side of me through the walls. The neighbors are very nice. There is plenty of parking. The pool is kept immaculate. The maintenance and staff really don't apply since these are condos, although I did have to go get a pool key from who I presume is the manager. She was nice. All in all, I really like living here.
