Kind of higher priced, but water and cable is included and that's probably $100/month right there! Sparkling Pool, and expansive, well-kept grounds. Parking isn't too bad, at least for my apartments location. Maintenance is good, so is management which lives on-site. Some problem kids, but I think they're trying to get them out. Rennovations are under way, and I've seen a rennovated apartment. I just might move into one later, as my current apartment is the older, original yucky blue kitchen and bath. Volleyball court, sandbox, picnic areas, grills, etc.
