I lived in this complex for about 10 months...it was my first apartment. When I viewed it I loved it. The day before I signed my lease I was told the apartment was ready. I signed my lease the next day at 10am and was then told I couldnt move in until 4pm(when my husband had to be at work)because the carpets hadn't been cleaned. Then I got my first electricity bill... $252!!! And no that is not including the deposit... it is because the a/c never stopped running and it was always 80 degrees in the freaking place! Then I had neighbors who let their 13 year old daughter and her friends drink and smoke weed and scream at all hours of the night! The manager is a ----- and is always up your ass! The laundry rooms raise the prices every other month it seems.
Now, don't get me wrong there are a few pluses. I have a pit bull and shes 50 lbs. Not many places let you take 50 lb dogs, much less a pit. They are newly remodeled. And they are huge. Overall, it was okay. Other than the a/c and them not fixing it.
