I've lived here for 5 years and can't find a better alternative. The units here are huge and, after renovation, of similar quality to new single family homes being built in the area. All utilities except electric and phone are included, yes even cable. My electric bill has been high (over $300 on more than 1 occasion) in recent months, but Florida heat is what it is. I'm in a ground floor unit with shade and a new air system, but you can't control 95 degree summers. There have been a few noisy occasions and my upstairs neighbors often sound like a bowling alley, but for the most part you have to keep in mind that this an apartment complex and not your own private estate in the middle of nowhere. The grounds are well-kept, pool is sparkling blue, and when I need something fixed - it gets fixed. What more can you ask for' At least I don't have to do all those things myself, as I would in my own private estate in the middle of nowhere.
They also have management & maintenance that live on-site , which I feel better about. It helps control/curtail certain activities. I know they are very alert and attentive, even after hours. Some might even say nosey.
Also they have a sand volleyball court and a fenced-off pet area.
I say it's the best value going, just compare.
