Apartments are spacious, with plenty of windows and a screened porch. Our apartment was remodeled before we moved in (and most have been done now). Monthly rent includes water and cable and is less expensive than other comparable apartments. There are two laundry rooms available (and the price has gone up $.25 once since we have been here and that was done by the company who rents them), nice pool, sandbox areas, grills, picnic tables and volleyball. We have a dog and the pet exercise area is terrific and provides supplies to clean up after pet. We participate in the neighborhood watch program. Plenty of outside lighting in all areas. This is not a huge complex, has onsite management and maintenance and that helps control problems.
There will be a few problems no matter where you live and most are caused by the tenants. Yes, at times, we have had noise from the neighbors, kids who caused problems, and other situations just like any neighborhood including if you own your own home. I am sure that the tenants causing these problems are not happy with management addressing these situations. The staff is friendly and maintenance problems are taken care of promptly.
