This place is well kept. The manager makes a conscious effort to learn everyone's name. There is only one manager, unlike some places, so you know where to go if there are problems. Two pools, tennis court, mini arcade, storage rooms, and laundry areas. Parking is always a pain. There is assigned parking but some people can't get it through their thick skull that they do have their own parking spot. Other than that, the place is safe and we just instated a Neighboorhood Watch Program. Don't get me wrong, the place isn't bad enough to need one but it is always good to have neighbors looking out for neighbors.
