Do yourself a favor and do not move into this apartment complex. The buildings are old and run down, and the management is terrible. I never received a 'welcomed' feeling during the extent of my lease, and the staff offered more excuses than solutions to problems that are THEIR responsibility. Do not move in unless you are looking for a miserable year!

I can agree with you. I did not feel welcomed. I didn't even get a handshake, a thank you, or a "welcome to the neighborhood" after filling out the lease and handing the manager a $1000 check. Since January they must have made some improvements because the outside looks new. We have new carpet, blinds, and paint. The cabinets, doors, bathrooms, and appliances are a bit outdated. Out of all the apartments in the area, Woodhaven Apartments ranks above the rest when it comes to price, quality, safety, quietness, and location. Although, all aspects of this complex are not perfect and management could use some customer service training it is overall a good place to live temporarily.
