Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The neighbors were great, the managment was great, the apartments were pretty good. But then they turned them into condos and tried to make us buy them. I don't think anyone one would want to pay that much for a two bedroom condo. Good as apartments, bad as condos. Luckily they weren't selling as condos so they started renting them again.
