It is pretty close to the Ghetto. While we were there, they were converting the buildings from condos back to apartments. It seemed that there was a mix of the Cocoa and Rockledge gangsters living there. There is a few older people living there that probably bought into the condo's a year or two ago. Our water line must have been connected to the sprinkler system that goes off at 1:00 AM every night. Our water bill for two people that are at work all day was $70 or more a month. It's normal to see homeless men digging in the trash. I ended up buying out of the lease because someone broke into my car on more then one occasion. I wouldn't even recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.
