I have lived here for a year and a half. The buildings are currently being painted which is needed BADLY.
The maintenance is quick to resolve any issues and they are always on the property. The girls in the office are nice and cordial. There is no real pest problem which is IMPORTANT to me.
The rent is not that high so you're going to get the "low rent crowd", so don't expect too much. If you're looking for a sophisticated crowd then you should probably go elsewhere. Most of my neighbors are beer-swilling NASCAR lovers... not that there's anything wrong with that...
The A/C units in the one bedrooms sound like a plane is landing on your roof, but they are new and do work with great force.
I give this place a neutral rating. If you are not a big spender but want a quiet place to live then its for you.
