Pro's:
White Tile Floors
Fairly new appliances
Buildings newly painted
Tropical landscaping
Water included
Quiet nice Safety Harbor neighborhood
3 Blocks from Philippe Park
Laundry in every building and on ever floor
Pleasant office staff
Con's:
Very slow maintenance
Tile floors are noisy, you can hear every footstep, do not rent downstairs
Mostly blue collar, beer cans on exterior windows, cars with noisy mufflers
Poor landscaping, no grass, just weeds, no edging or mulching around beds
Balcony's and walkways are filthy
Courtyard walkways are uneven and broken, a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Rain gutters missing, makes a real mess
