I have lived here for about 18 months. I am a full-time student and work part-time.
The property is very quiet hence allowing me an atmosphere to study. When I want to relax I go to the pool which is very seldom crowded or workout at the gym.
I'm only a few minutes the Old Tampa Bay and downtown Safety Harbor. A real plus is I'm a single female and feel VERRRRY safe. The management staff and maintenance people are like family becasue they are so caring.
