The rent is too high - no washer/dryer in your apartment - many vacanies - looks about half empty (because of high rents)- everything needs a coat of paint plus some landscaping. The -------------, ----, is way over her head - not qualified as is apparent to anyone who has ever met her or lived in the complex. Don't waste your money - you can find a better value somewhere else.
