Not my favorite place to live. One of my neighbor had rats in her apartment, and another had her roof leaking every time it rained. Also, after it rained my feet would always be soaked on my way to my car because of the way the parking lot collected water. Maintenance is slow to attend to any concerns. The rent is reasonable, but I found a place in the vicinity for less than what we were paying that is much nicer. Glad I am not living there anymore.

This post is a little off. The tenants put their personal food trash, although maybe not this tenant, in the laundry room, therefore attracting rodents to the apartments. The tenant she is talking about didn't even move from the complex she just moved to another apartment. However the property maint. staff did take care of the the rodent problem. The tenants need to STOP putting their food/personal trash in the laundry rooms which they continue to do. As far as the roof leaks they as also being addressed, roofs leak from time to time, normal wear and tear. It happens.
