Neighbors R The Real Problem

Grounds and complex are fine. It's the residents w/issues. NO ONE cleans up after their pets. Grounds are a big litter box for pet owners. People leave bags of trash in front of their door. Either a lot of invalids live here or just plain lazy! Love to see some one chime in on this!
